Specification

VX FT was the first Apricot product designed specifically as a server for network applications. The design caters for a wide variety of customer configuration options and expansion options.

Ed. This was most likely the very first 486 machine. Similar to IBM's 486 Power Platform this system also builds on an existing 386 design (see the planar, it's more of a hack than anything).
