193-221 IBM 9504 MONOCHROME MONITOR
       The IBM 9504 Monochrome Monitor (9504-001) is a
high-resolution, 21-inch monitor, particularly well suited for
today's imaging and windowing environments.  The 9504 monitor
satisfies the following customer requirements:
o   Bigger viewing area
o   Sharper, more stable picture
o   Reduced emissions
o   Less glare and reflections
o   Brighter picture with higher contrast.
       The IBM 9504 Monochrome Monitor coupled with the PS/2 (R)
Image-I Adapter/A* supports International Organization for
Standardization (ISO) conforming system units and is designed to meet
the hardware requirements of ISO 9241 Part 3 standards, providing a
"flicker-free" system.  The monitor also meets the Swedish Board for
Technical Accreditation (SWEDAC) emission guidelines contained in MPR
1990:10 when tested using the MPR 1990:08 test method.
       The IBM 9504 is a highly specialized monitor optimized for
operation in reverse video mode, using an exceptionally high refresh
rate to provide superior front-of-screen performance.  In line with
the other recently announced and available premium monitors, this
piece of hardware has been designed and manufactured to the highest
possible standards.
