Download Instructions A. How to download diagnostics to the target system and unpack. Step 1: Download the self-extracting exe file as a binary file to a working directory on your system. The file name is 9MC105.EXE. Step 2: Uncompress the package file a) To uncompress the file that was just downloaded, execute the file name at a DOS or OS/2 command prompt.
