Trantor T200 / SCSI-PS

Model No. CD-PS001A, 985-01094-01, FCC ID D786JCT100PS2 [P] [P] (photo Hugh Burns)

J1 50-pin SCSI header
JP1 Unknown - unpopulated
JP2 Unknown - unpopulated
JP3 Bottom two pads shunted
P1 DB25 SCSI connector
P2 Pads for 50-pin SCSI connector
RN1-3 Resistor networks
U11 AMD DP8303N
U18 P82C612 MCA Interface
U20 BIOS ROM

J1 outline hints at a previous configuration of a right angle socket with retentive catches.
P2 has the solder pads for 50 positions, while P1 is a DB25. At this time, it is assumed to be an Apple SCSI pinout.

No local oscillator, clock might be taken from the MCA connector (14.3 MHz OSC).

AdapterID 75ff Trantor PS/2 SCSI Host Adapter

Note: Bit 5 of pos 104h places the 82C612 in synchronous or asynchronous ready mode. We use the async. mode (bit 5 = 0).

Card Enable/Disable [Commented Out]
Normally, the T200 will always be enabled. Disable if there is a conflict with another card in the computer which cannot be resolved
     <"Enable card">, Disable

I/O Port
The T200 uses four I/O port addresses. They cannot not be shared.
     <"328h - 32bh">, 32ch - 32fh, 320h - 323h, 324h - 327h

DMA Channel
The T200 may use system DMA. This channel cannot be shared.
     <"Channel 1">, 3

ROM Address
A ROM is an option on the T200. If enabled, select the 8k range used by the ROM. You may also disable the ROM
     <"ROM Disabled">, c8000-c9fff, ca000-cbfff, cc000-cdfff, ce000-cffff

Parity Enable/Disable
Some older SCSI peripherals do not support parity. Disable parity checking to use them with the T200.
     <"Parity Disabled">, Parity Enabled

Interrupt Channel
The T200 can use interrupts 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, and 15. Normally, DOS software does not make use of the interrupt capability, so interrupts are left disabled.
     <"None">, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 15
