DMA Transfer Mode
   Which type of DMA transfers will occur between the host and this adapter.  If Burstmode is selected, data will be transfered in 8 byte blocks.  If Single_Transfer is selected, a full DMA handshake will occur for each byte transfered.

Fairness On/Off
   Whether the IBM fairness algorithm is to be employed during DMA arbitration.  If fairness is enabled, all arbitrating devices will have access to the bus in a round-robin fashion.  If fairness is disabled, the highest level arbiter will always win arbitration and control the bus.
